Feel the difference

We believe talent exists everywhere, but opportunity doesn't. Through fashion and investing in local infrastructure, we're proving that ethical production and high quality aren't mutually exclusive.

Every purchase creates ripples of positive change – supporting families, strengthening communities, and showing the world what's possible when we invest in human potential.

After-sale Services

We offer repair and maintenance services for all bags and accessories

We offer repair and various care services so that you can use our products for a long time to the fullest. We can meet a variety of requests, such as "I want to prevent damage from rain," "I want to repair a bag that has a hole in it," "I want to restore the peeling color on the corners," and more.

Product Care

We support you in taking care of your bag to keep it in good condition.
In addition to free or paid care at our stores, we also provide you with the
care products you need to take care of your bag yourself, as well as videos
that show you how to care for your bag.

The most effective care that Eriko Yamaguchi recommends is pre-care (prevention). By applying a protective cream that creates a highly breathable protective film on the inside of the leather, it becomes easier to maintain the beautiful condition of the leather when you first purchased it. Fraying and tears that occur over time will be repaired at a repair workshop in partnership with us.

Sustainability

Eriko Yamaguchi supports the long-term use of your bag through at-home care and repair guidance. We offer recommended care products and instructional videos to help you maintain your bag. Preventative care using protection cream helps preserve its original beauty.

If your bag becomes worn or damaged, we offer options for professional repair through partner workshops. Retired bags can be returned and reborn as remade items, creating a new cycle of sustainability.

Production Area

We create products that honor the materials and production methods unique to each country. From jute and leather in Bangladesh to fine cashmere and silk in Nepal, we spotlight the beauty and potential of local resources.

Our production methods also adapt to regional cultures and lifestyles. We believe individuality holds no hierarchy and each has its own beauty. That’s why we continue to travel the world, discovering and sharing these unique qualities through our creations.

Frequently asked Questions

Everything you need to know

Why are there usually only a limited quantity of certain pieces?

We are investing to own and operate our own factories. In some cases we also partner with a small number of carefully chosen factories and artisan studios across the globe, each selected not just for their skill, but for their values.

These are not anonymous suppliers, but long-term partners who share our commitment to quality, dignity, and care in every step of the process.

For reasons related to ethical working conditions, fair wages and sustainability we choose to make small, bespoke batches of product especially for you instead of mass produce.

How do you source your leather?

The cowhide used at Eriko Yamaguchi is made from skin obtained as a by-product.

In Bangladesh, where we produce leather products, there is an Islamic festival called "Eid." During "Eid," cowhide is a by-product that is used for food, so we use the cowhide obtained during the festival.

In addition, for the goat leather used in some of our products, we also procure edible leather.

Can you ship international outside of the United States?

We are currently only shipping products in the U.S.
