A distinctive silhouette, shaped from a single piece of leather.
The Antique Triangle Backpack brings a fresh expression to our signature Antique Leather. Delicate tucks at the top and triangular side gussets create an organic silhouette, while a single piece of leather flows seamlessly from the front to the base of the bag. The natural variations in tone give each piece a character entirely its own.
Designed to narrow gently toward the top, the backpack maintains a clean, refined profile even when filled. The softness of the leather is balanced by the structured lines of the back, creating a silhouette that feels relaxed yet quietly sophisticated.
Thoughtfully designed for both work and everyday life, the backpack has room for a laptop up to approximately 14 inches, along with A4 documents and daily essentials. A foldable bottle holder keeps a water bottle or umbrella upright and tucks neatly away when not in use, while the gusseted front pocket keeps smaller essentials within easy reach.
Crafted from natural cowhide, our Antique Leather is carefully infused with oil and dyed to create its distinctive depth of color and luster. Each piece carries its own subtle variations, and over time, the leather develops an even richer expression shaped by the way you carry it.

In addition to free or paid care at our stores, we also provide you with the
care products you need to take care of your bag yourself, as well as videos
that show you how to care for your bag.
The most effective care that Eriko Yamaguchi recommends is pre-care (prevention). By applying a protective cream that creates a highly breathable protective film on the inside of the leather, it becomes easier to maintain the beautiful condition of the leather when you first purchased it. Fraying and tears that occur over time will be repaired at a repair workshop in partnership with us.

Eriko Yamaguchi supports the long-term use of your bag through at-home care and repair guidance. We offer recommended care products and instructional videos to help you maintain your bag. Preventative care using protection cream helps preserve its original beauty.
If your bag becomes worn or damaged, we offer options for professional repair through partner workshops. Retired bags can be returned and reborn as remade items, creating a new cycle of sustainability.
